Key Tasks (Option 1)

1. Scaffold Installation: Set up scaffold tower for safe access and material loading.
2. Waterproofing Removal: Strip off defective waterproofing down to the decking.
3. Underlay Installation: Apply BMI Icopal underlay across all flat and detail areas.
4. Capsheet Application: Install BMI Icopal technatorch charcoal mineral cap sheet, applied with a torch for secure attachment, including perimeter welt drips.
5. Warranty: Includes a 20-year warranty.

Key Tasks (Option 2: 120mm Insulated Warm Roof)
In addition to the tasks in Option 1, this option includes:

• PIR Insulation: Install 120mm PIR insulation to improve thermal efficiency.
• Timber and uPVC Installation: Install 120mm timber for perimeter support and 150mm uPVC plastic edging for durability.
