Scope of Work
Roofing and external finishes package for the redevelopment of the former Debenhams building in Worthing, as part of a major regeneration scheme.

Key Tasks
Waterproofing: Installation of 2,000m² of high-performance SIKA waterproofing systems across main roofs and terraces.
Aluminium Perimeter Cappings: Supply and installation of sleek, durable cappings to complete the roofline.
Terrace Paving: Fitting high-quality paving finishes to all terrace areas for a premium external presentation.
