Scope of Work
Full roof refurbishment at High View North, including stripping existing materials and installing new Marley smooth grey tiles.

Key Tasks

• Scaffolding: Erecting scaffolding for safe access.
• Strip Off Feather Edge Boarding: Removing existing boarding as part of the refurbishment.
• Installation of Marley Smooth Grey Tiles: Supplying and fitting new tiles for a modern finish.
• Membranes and Ventilation: Installing appropriate membranes and ventilation systems.
• Remaining Work: Bay window and garage porch still to be completed.
