Complete renewal of the main flat roof at Baltimore Court, Brighton, to enhance durability, insulation, and compliance with modern roofing standards.

Key Tasks

1. Scaffolding and Access: Set up scaffold access tower, handrails, and rubbish chute for safe and efficient work access.
2. Full Strip to Concrete Deck: Removal of existing roofing materials down to the structural deck.
3. Primer Application: Apply Icopal Quick Dry Bituminous Primer to prepare the surface for improved bonding.
4. Vapour Control Layer: Install ICOPAL vapour control layer, securely torched to the concrete deck.
5. Insulation Installation: Implement a tailored insulation scheme to create effective water runoff.
6. Capsheet Installation: Apply ICOPAL mineral charcoal thermally welded Thermaweld capsheet, ensuring a fire-resistant, and weatherproof finish.
7. Finishing Touches: Complete the perimeter with a GRP felt trim and install internal outlets with lead sleeves for drainage.
