Southern Rock Developments Project

We’ve recently got going on this 200m² roof for Southern Rock Developments, marking the start of a much larger luxury development.

At the moment, the team is busy laying the insulation as part of a full IKO built-up felt warm roof system. This roof has a total build-up of 180mm, so we’re combining 100mm and 80mm IKO insulation to achieve the required specification. Great one to get underway.

Progress is moving well on this Southern Rock Developments project, with the majority of the IKO system now installed across the roof. The build-up is taking shape as planned, with the team pushing through the remaining stages of the programme.

Next up is completing the roof garden capsheet, ready for the aluminium capping to the perimeter. Following that, we’ll move into electronic testing and the green roof installation to finish this package off. A good run of works as this one heads towards completion.

The first flat roof is now complete on this Southern Rock Developments project, with the capping installed and finished off. The team has already moved straight onto the next roof as works continue progressing across the development.

Another milestone reached on this Southern Rock Property project, with the second roof nearing completion.

This roof has been installed using a full IKO built-up felt warm roof system, incorporating a 180mm insulation build-up to meet the required specification. With the waterproofing package now almost complete on this section, we’re awaiting the final area of the development to be constructed and ready for us to return to site.

Once that section is ready, we’ll be back to complete the remaining roofing works and bring the full scheme over the line. A great run of progress so far on this luxury development.
