Nationwide Roofing is delivering a full roofing package for a large commercial re-roofing scheme across six residential blocks. The project requires a complete overhaul of the existing roofs. The process involves stripping back the old tiles and completely removing the existing felt and battens before installing a brand-new roofing system across each block.
Architectural Challenges
The residential blocks feature a distinct curved roof design. Rather than having a traditional vertical wall and a separate pitched roof, the roofline flows directly into the elevation. While this creates a striking architectural feature, it adds a significant layer of complexity to the roofing works. The Nationwide Roofing team has planned carefully for this unique design and is fully prepared to manage the intricate detailing required to ensure the new roofing system performs exactly as intended.
Current Progress
Works have officially commenced on Block 1. The team is currently in the process of stripping off the old materials, marking the first major step in moving this large-scale scheme forward across the entire site.
